Motor coaches will leave from the Embassy Suites Hotel at 8:15 a.m., Tuesday, 10 May 2011 and arrive at the Archives approximately two hours later. The buses will return to the hotel at approximately 5:30 p.m. A barbecue buffet lunch is included in the price of $40.
